Yeah, I have one actually, but the display ribbon broke. I wanted to upgrade to a smartphone by that time so I haven't fixed it.

I fixed broken ribbons a few times, it's not hard. But yeah nowadays you are better off with a smartphone, unless you want to type messages while not looking at the phone :).

My question is whit what were these made:

Says so on the disc. Lightscribe discs can be printed on as long as the burner also supports Lightscribe. There are a few burning tools that can print Lightscribe discs.

Yup a LightScribe burner :). It's quite epic. Though I never really did many like 8 to 12 LightScribe discs. You can post a question :).

I wish I could do lightscribe, put some cool things on my disks.

I could also label them without using a sharpie.

I have 2 external lightscribe dvd-roms, both of them broken as in not really good at writing DVD's anymore(I got one of them already broken) but the lightscribe laser still works on both of them. I actually had one of them in my PC for a long time, but now I went SATA only and unplugged the IDE one and mounted it back to it's external cage. If I'll ever want to use it I know where it is :).
