Cpu and Mobo suggestion

I use my pc for gaming mainly and ım currently trying to decide between ryzen 5 7600 and ryzen 7 7700.There is a slight price difference between these but ım willing to pay more to get the one that heats less.I have an air cooling system and summers where ı live are very hot.And for motherboard ım between ASUS EX B650M-V7 PRO and B650M-A WİFİ.Which one should ı pick ?

If the 7600 and 7700 are about the same price, get the 7700 no question. If heat is a concern, just make sure to run it with a power limit, as when they're drawing the same amount of power, the 7700 should be faster.

Is that the ASUS Prime B650M-A WiFi or MSI Pro B650M-A WiFi? If it's the MSI board, no question get the B650M-A WiFi. If its the ASUS board, while its still definitiely the better pick between the two, there is likely going to be a better option you can go with. Where are you shopping for boards?

The 7600 and 7700 are both 65w CPU's while the X varations are 105w.  The 7600 and 7700 shouldn't produce much heat and with a CPU cooler like the Peerless Assassin SE120, keeping these CPU's cool even in hot climates should not be an issue.

I got the ıd cooling se 224 xt.From what ı have seen there is a about a 9 degree difference between them

The ID-COOLING SE-224 XT is plenty for the 7600 and 7700   The 7600 and 7700 do come with its own stock cooler as its very easy to keep cool.

The ID-COOLING SE-224 XT will definitely beat the stock cooler and keep both CPU's cool

The 7700 is better for longevity. The 7600 has 6 cores and 12 threads while the 7700 has 8 cores and 16 threads.

The 7700 has also sliightly higher boost clocks and is sliightly faster in gaming.  We are talking 4-5FPS extra paired with a 4090 over the 7600.

 

In terms of gaming performance they are very equal but the 7700 is the better of the two.

Thanks for the answers regarding the cpu ı think ım going with 7700 simply due to longevity.Which mobo should ı pick ?

Alright, it's not letting me check that site right now (it keeps giving me a Captcha and refreshing to the same Captcha), I'll try in an hour or so. If it is just those two options, the B650M-A is the better pick by far, though there is likely to be a better option than those two.

you can go cheaper, depends how fast CPU you want your MB to support in terms of upgradability
