How are Forum "Ranks" unlocked?

Came back here after a several year hiatus, and see these new ranks. Cant seem to find any information on how they are unlocked or how you progress to the next tier.

I'm not sure why it doesn't show up on the desktop version, but I'm not going to complain since it just makes it something you have to actively search out.

We haven't released info about "how to unlock". Thats by design, so that people wouldn't go glory-hunting and cause havoc. They are combination of reactions, posts and being active. But as said, they mean nothing. There are only two actual milestones that have some meaning. 10 posts and 1 week (or month) of active account to unlock blogs and/or gallery (because they get spammed). And 100 posts to be able to post to Classifieds. Minus any attempt to farm posts.

Well I just got upgraded to Rising Star.

 

And apparently I'm in the top 1% of users even tho I barely visit this place. 

 

When do I get my prize.
