Some fears to wasps and very slightly to spiders (no toxic spiders here other than water spider). Also bears for obvious reasons (not that afraid, but I clearly wouldn't like to be close to one).

 

There's one thing that I really fear: Ticks. The area around me is rather foresty, and a lot of them carry Lyme Borreliosis... Those bastards kill few adults per year around here.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

Since the UK has like the least dangerous stuff around stuff like Wasps are probably the most threatening bugs we have to deal with

Pretty much everything in Australia. I lived in Sydney for 6 months when I was 10 years old and It seemed like the outdoors wants to kill you. Funnel web spiders, red-back spiders, brown snakes (which seem to love being near people), taipans, saltwater crocs in the north, box jellies that kill you in 5 mins, great white/tiger sharks, what can't "headshot" you down there?! Very cool stuff for a young boy to research, but a bit creepy none the less. I remember the beaches for a brief time every season are littered with mini blue bottle jellies (are they the same as portuguese man-of -war?). I'd run up and down the beach and pop their gas filled tops with globs of sand; kinda like popping bubble wrap or something (I was still scared of them though).

 

All we have here in Colorado are black widows and rattlesnakes, I guess mountain lions and black bears too but they aren't very scary.
