I would advise to pay a bit more and go with i5 12400f and LGA1700 motherboard that supports DDR4.

And for GPU get RX 6600 which is around the same price while being a lot faster in all games.

But if you can't afford paying a bit more for the CPU then definitely at least get the better GPU.

Board you gotta buy used, midranger b3/450 like the pro4, a pro, aorus elite, etc. Go around 60$ used

 

Gpu also buy used, 6800 float around 400$ on ebay
