International price comparison (help needed)

threee6

Ok so after reading a few posts saying how much price difference there is between countries i figured we should actually find out what the score is. So i figured we would all use the AMD 8350 as a reference and see how much they cost in our area then convert from our currency to US $ (as most of the companies are american)

So, find a AMD 8350 in your native country then use google to convert from your currency to US $ like so -

Country - UK

Price - £146 = $228

I used the AMD as it's something that would be available all over the world. Just thought this would be a interesting :)

Bulgaria - 379lv(BGN) = 254$(US)

EDIT: i think that prices in all European countries that are part of the EU will be very high, if converted in dollars. The reason for this is that european currency "euro" is not very strong now in comparison to the US dollar. Economics is not my comfort zone but it is important in this case.

Sorry if my English is not perfect, but it isn't my native language :)

I chose the most common online store, but from memory I'm pretty certain they're amongst the cheaper ones.

I also made this

True but it's overall more expensive to live in Australia. Maybe I can move back and forth, since I know people in both countries :)

If I were to move somewhere really far away, I don't think moving to the one country in the world that is most similar to the one I come from would be very exciting :P

Not counting Scotland or Skyrim.

$1800 (in a ghetto-style shop) wich would be around USD360. Our currency has devaluated a lot in the past few years, and we also have tons of problems buying outiside our country.
