Its called a ratcheting screwdriver you should be able to get them at any generic hardware store.

It is an amazing screwdriver, sounds daft but it is.

 

Dad had one for about 8 years, looked brand new. 

Left it in the car when he took it to the garage and it was nicked -.-

Though he bought another one immediately, they are really good.

 

You can get cheaper, but that snap-on one is amazing. £60 for something that  will last for that long isn't that bad, especially if you will be using it a lot.

I got something similar, though not as long and in a weird, handdrill like shape; Only using it for the occasional PC build/fan swap etc... So yeah :P
