Is my S3 magical?

So,I plug my Samsung S3 almost every night because,really,that's what you do with all smartphones.

Well,today, my phone has not been charging for 16 hours,and right now it's at 96% battery.Made a few phone calls,played about 10 minutes GTA 3 and did a little web surfing(on Wi-Fi).I don't have any 3G/4G connection.

Still,that's very impressive!(this is only a 2100mAh battery)

 

Now,back to what is even more impressive.I managed to get 7 days of continuous battery life out of this thing(quite some time ago)!I pretty much made 1 or 2 phone calls and that was all I used it for...

 

Unfortunately,the microUSB has already started to wear.Sometimes the phone just stops charging,or disconnects(if connected to pc).But,whatever,it's micro USB,can't expect much.

 

So,how much battery life can you get out of your phone?On average,I get 2-3 days.

My s3 went from full to 0 in my pocket yesterday.  -_-

People over estimate how much battery WiFi uses, it is 3g that hammers phones, I can last a week with it off and brightness on low.

2-3 days, it's only a 1320mah battery though.

My nexus 4 lasts for 5 hours screen on time.

with my iphone 4, i get like 7 hours... but i play games use youtube and such.. i can see why

I use a galaxy Ace a bit (yeah, those shitty things) and for simple phone calls, texting, small amount of FB and a bit of yt it will last a month no worries.

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.

It's because your not connecting to cell towers as 3g and 4g kill your phone's battery.

On my Nexus 4 it got a day maybe 2. My HTC One (M8) Probably easily a week.

Today it magically went from 40% to 0 in 3 hours when I had it laying in a locker at work...

Yeah,sometimes my battery drops significantly in a very short time.Once,I played GTA 3 for 15 mins and the battery dropped from 90% to 45%.So yeah...
