Do you need monitor or/nor peripherals?

Very tight budgert in any way.

Also the GPU you linked seems too low price.
Though could it be actually legit 😮

Not sure about such price level parts, but this nvme SSD seems to be quite highly rated - https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/G9XYcf/crucial-p2-500-gb-m2-2280-nvme-solid-state-drive-ct500p2ssd8
Otherwise can't help.

It really depends on how much are you willing to spend, as for new products, theres always new stuff coming up, both companies have been releasing GPUs on a yearly basis, and now Intel will join them next year, thats why I dont believe on the "wait for the next gen" mentality.

Future looks bright for GPUs, much better than last year apparently. But the question is, when do you need it?

Pick 1 or 2 models you are interested on and use some of those sites that can track prices from amazon so you know whats the tendency and if they are at an all time low price, if they are not, just wait for them to get there. Thats what I did a a couple of months back (I waited for like 4 months), and it worked because they havent move much since then.

Really depends on your budget, card & pricing in your region. Recently just scored a RX 6600 XT for less than US$300 (after rebate). It was a really good deal and to wait for a RX 7600, I'm going to likely wait about a year as that's unlikely going to roll out until H1 2023. If you can get a card you're looking at for a great price, now could be a great time to pull the trigger and just go get that card if you need an upgrade.

If you need a new GPU, then yeah buying one now is pretty decent. If you don't then it's really up to you whether you want to wait for new ones to release and then actually be readily available, which is probably a while after that.

I see you haven't added a gpu, so I assume you are planning on using the integrated graphics. A quick search on some benchmarks shows that the integrated graphics on that card probably won't be the best for gaming. You might could get by on all low settings, but it still might struggle on some newer games.

For a 6 core CPU, you'll want a motherboard with a better VRM. It'll ensure that you get proper boost frequencies and gives you a decent upgrade path, if you desire 12 cores in the future.

Adding the hard drive later gives some room in the budget up front, for a better power supply and better mobo.
