dashcam recommendation for around $70

I was planning to buy the 70mai A500S but then read it has a few cons: aspect ratio is 4:3, parking mode is not buffered, and it has battery instead of capacitor (though I thought it's a pro since it's easier to swap?)

Anything else I need to know about the A500S?

 

I was also considering the A400 which only costs $55 and seem to do the job, but not sure

 

Perhaps you have better suggestions for me? I never had a dash cam before

i cant help with that price point, but i have a 2 channel blackvue and i love it, i even installed one in my sisters car and they are amazing cameras and great quality

if your budget is under $100, you should just use your own phone. I use the autoboy black box app and mount my phone to my windshield. On long road trip, I use my old phone so i'm not draining my current phone's battery.

thanks, I figured 70mai is bad because it uses battery and no capacitor, I'll probably raise my budget and get a Viofo
