Can smoke damage my pc? Please read description

So yesterday I was just gaming on my computer. My mom was cleaning out the lint chute in our laundry room. She thought it would be a good idea to use a leaf blower indoors. While I was playing I smelled a little bit of smoke because of the leaf blower. Now the laundry room is about 25 feet away from my computer. And when I was gaming I wasn’t inhaling that much smoke. But I was wondering even if a little bit smoke got sucked into my computer can it damage it at all.

Wait, so your mom was running a gas leaf blower in the house? She does realize those output a ton of carbon monoxide and other noxious gases?

 

The computer isn't gonna really be affected, the most that will happen is that it will need to be cleaned out a little earlier than usual. Just make sure she never does that again, it's incredibly stupid and unless that laundry room has very good ventilation it can kill her if its run for a long enough time.

NEVER run any combustion engine in your house. 

 

Get a dryer vent snake.  She must have seen that shit on tiktok or something.  Darwin award candidate for sure.
