Only lose ethernet connect on pc.

So I'm trying to host a java minecraft server with my friends but after a bit I lose all internet on my PC and when I try to shut it down it wont shut down properly, my screen goes black up everything in my pc is running until I use the power button and I also only lose internet on my pc everything else works I'm trying to rule out my pc causing it like the ethernet port on my motherboard is having problems. This didn't happen before hand when I hosted a different server it just started happening. Let me know if you need my specs.

No my internet on my pc only crashes (its ethernet) and when i try to restart, it doesnt restart properly and i have to use the power button on my pc but my main focus is the internet crashing on my pc only

Have you tried updating the drivers for your network controller?

Agreed, you should be able to find your network controllers on your motherboard manufacturer's website.

Maybe also try intel's driver assistant to see if it can help
