I found a perfect opportunity for a so called Inno branded gpu (1650 oc) what do you think about the brand have you heard it before?

Popular European brand I think? Haven't heard much about them either way.

Yep, it'll be fine. As long as any card you are getting is from a reliable source.

i own some Inno cards, they're a "proper" gpu brand if that's what you're concerned about

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

They sell here in Japan and they seem to be a budget brand. Nothing wrong with their products though. As long as it comes with a warranty then I wouldn’t worry about buying one.
