This anime is freaking beautiful. I wish I had it in HD all the screenshots would look so much better.

besides that it actually is quite good and I can now say that calling it a modern love hina is spot on.

 

But it lacks the quirks of Love Hina...

I agree its not exactly the same but I can think of off hand anything that would be closer to love hina. I'm not trying to say they are exactly the same which is why I said modern. I think the themes in this on fit current anime better but without deviating from theme.

Hmmm, maybe it's more like green green? I haven't started watching it yet though so I can't compare

I have seen green green but its been far too long for me to remember anything about it.
