I was blind and ignored the list of H Mart locations under the image I posted:

So they are in Carrelton, Houston, & Plano in Texas. 

 

Oh it's closer than I expected! Come to think about it I'm pretty sure I've passed it multiple times without noticing

my one question is...In most anime(practically every one) hair colour of most characters tend to be unusual. But the characters that are black tend to be usually bald or have black hair, but that guy is blonde

Also wtf those discs look like the same size as the ones I have on my mountain bike. An 85cc dirtbike I had which weighed barely 100lbs had significantly larger discs then that. Talking surface area wise by the way.
