I think the Eco-boost was good for the euro owners because of gas, but if you are in 'Murica V8 all day, makes the beautiful BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAPPP sound.

I sit in traffic everyday so a V8 isn't in my shopping list unless I move. This is what I face everyday:

As long as it does the job and is reliable, there is little to complain about. Chrysler was probably just trying to remind people of its great (and sometimes majestic) postwar models.

I wouldn't mind a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost. A simple reprogram gets it to near GT levels of performance. Nice balance and handling too. :-)

I want @EcoBoost's opinion.

Built up Toyota trucks like this one are just awesome. With most american trucks, all you ever see are wanabe lifted trucks that really cant to anything special off-road.

tough-8752.jpg

That, that is a real pickup. A nice, stable, nimble truck to offroad with. The American trucks wished they can do this.

I'm not old enough to drive but when the time comes I'm interested in a v6 Honda Civic VTEC, of course with a manual transmission, though I'd probably burn the clutch pretty fast because I live in the city.

Oh really? I'd like to see a Dodge, Chevy, or Ford go offroading. The axles probably won't survive a hit by a boulder.

Pshhh, Toyota has a whole racing development dedicated to offroading. They are serious about it. A lot of offroad options actually can come from a Toyota dealer themselves. Can an American truck dealer do that? Nope.

At least a Tundra built for offroad is narrow enough to actually fit in a street lane.  I mean come on, for offroading, you don't need stupidly wide tires.

The one with stock rim + winter tire was used because one of the other 4 went flat and has yet to be fixed, so if I keep the summer one on there at least I'll have a spare in case of another flat.

Meh, I wouldn't buy the Eco-Boost honestly, in my opinion if you want a mustang you should be getting a mustang because you're looking for a big powerful V8, and that's that...............imo

EDIT: although http://www.youtube.com/subaruwrxfan does show that the eco boost is still a pretty powerful car, so I guess I got to give it that for being a V4.

Many people in warmer climates, especially in lower America, do use Mustangs, Camaros, 370Zs, etc. as daily drivers. Even around here there are quite a few. And for daily driver use, an EcoBoost I4 would be of more benefit to power and fuel economy then the last V6, but again, from a reliability standpoint, I'd wait until at least the next EcoBoost engine, for the technology to mature some more

I can't drive yet, but it will come out once I can drive, and I think it's perfect for driving around town with some friends. Plus, its nice and nimble.

From what I heard the newer mustangs reliably are greatly improved, ever since the the 2013 era mustangs in general are really reliable, I think the way they get their bad reputation is because some people will mod them a lot which results in reducing engine life significantly, and people also will sometimes abuse them which also results in reducing engine life.
