I would like to upgrade my set up

Budget (including currency): $2500-$5000 CAD

Country: canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: vr gaming (meta quest two for now) as well as fps gaming primarily.

Other details I am looking for a new tower and also require a monitor and am obsessed with halo if that matters.

You're not upgrading, you want an entire new machine + monitor?

Your  budget is too wide, narrow it down to a number.  A 2500 setup is very different than a 5000 setup.

For what you want, 3000 is more than enough for a balling 1440p setup.  Something like this is a great bang for buck, using the best CPU in the world for gaming, and the #2 arguably gaming GPU.  4080 Super if you want Nvidia.

I guess saying I want a new build would be a better choice of words. Also I set my budget so high because although I am some what familiar with parts, pricing is a bit out of my wheel house.
