I used Tampermonkey for this.

 

 

One thing to note is that YouTube will probably nuke the dislike stats on the API level as well so this is probably a temporary solution.

another way is to use vidiq but you can only see the ratio before entering the video

They already said they were going to. So it's a guarantee that this wont last long

But the dislike button never went anywhere so your title isn't entirely accurate. This is for the count, not the button.

 

The actual count will always be available to the creator so that won't go anywhere.

Youtube plans to remove dislike stats in the API on 13 December.

 

Here there is a community effort starting, to host a server independently from Youtube only about Like/Dislike statistics and collect/display them through a browser extension. So might want to keep your eyes on this, I hope it will succeed: https://github.com/Anarios/return-youtube-dislike
