I have an EVGA gpu do I still download the Nvidia drivers?

So I got my very first gpu and it ended up being an EVGA gpu and I wanted to know does EVGA have their own drivers or can I just download the drivers form the Nvidia website?

Download the display drivers from Nvidia's website. They'll be the most up to date version.

For graphics cards, Nvidia and AMD makes all their GPUs so software directly related to that also comes from Nvidia and AMD.

 

What their board partners like EVGA does is to turn GPUs into their ready-to-use form, i.e. making the PCB and cooler. So far RGB LEDs and RMA requests, you go to them (unless you bought the founders/reference card straight from Nvidia or AMD)

I use the Geforce Experience app (your mileage may vary), to update my drivers from Nvidia. I know there are more efficient ways but I'm a bit on the lazy side.
