Saw The Shining by myself while babysitting, starting at 10 pm. Certainly got to me. 

 

I also saw Aliens when I was 4 or 5 thanks to my dad, and had nightmares for years. But it also piqued my sci-fi love. Love the Alien movies now, but haven't been able to finish playing Alien: Isolation cuz it freaks me out!
