Screen goes black and suddenly PC only shows 1024x768.

I was playing Devil May Cry 5 and suddenly my Monitor goes black and i have to restart my PC. Then suddenly 4K no longer shows up as an option.
I'm unsure what to do. Is it my HDMI, Graphics Card (RX 6800) or my Monitor (OLED B9)

I have indeed re-installed my drivers. How does that happen...Drivers dying? And how do i prevent it in the future?

No clue. I remember this happening to a relative's laptop and it wasnt displaying higher resolutions (including native); reinstalling drivers fixed it.

I wouldn't worry about it, it is super super rare.
