That's article from 2015 so i guess ever iPhone made since then is support it, though it definitely doesn't require what i share earlier, instead using another hub/adapter that unfortunately I'm not very familiar of

If you use a Lightning Digital AV Adapter, you have HDMI out, which you can then plug into a capture card like the ones sold by Elgato or Avermedia to stream from your PC to Twitch or YouTube.

Well depends on the budget you can get the elgato camlink or hd60 or something From other brand

Or one of those cheap unbranded video capture card id you just want video recording and doesn't care about its quality
