Wired (not wireless) keyboard I assume? Try moving it to another USB port; preferably a 2.0 port.

your usb ports are set to be disabled until windows turns them on

if you motherboard has a PS/2 port then you can use a matching keyboard to get in

Otherwise reset your bios by jumper or removing the cmos battery for a minute

Can you clear the cmos? This sounds like Fast Boot is on, it skips checking PS2/USB untill the os is loaded, so it boots faster

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

i didn't get the UEFI choice

It's possible you're in CSM (aka BIOS or Legacy) mode. If so, you won't get that option.

Do you have another keyboard to try? You might have to clear CMOS settings via the jumper pins as suggested earlier. If that doesn't work, you will have no choice but to use another keyboard.

FYI, once you turn on the PC, just start spamming the Del key. It might work too

-> Moved to Troubleshooting

BIOS is motherboard firmware. It has very little to do with Windows.
