...still the same Coolpix L340. I never buy that camera, its a handmedown by my dad's stint in his banking days. Its horrible, doesnt have OIS, compress like hell, and lack of ISO and aperture control pretty much means youre at the mercy of the auto settings. I never bother with it anymore, i just run my Galaxy S8+ or my Note 9 if i need a camera.

I have yet to actually pick up a DSLR (eventually™), but what ignited my interest in casual photography was my Galaxy SIII. Some of the things you could do with those feels illegal. You could get that sensor all up in the subjects shit and it'd still be in focus. The second image in the spoiler was taking during the day (so my room was lit up) against a blue wall. Like how.

Sad part is I have yet to take a picture as decent as these on my SE2 just because I don't have more control over what it does as I haven't been bothered to purchase an app for it yet.

First camera was some sort of Canon point and shoot. First decent camera was a Canon Rebel XT. That one was stolen, then went and bought a Canon G9. It died after being exposed to cold temps. Then went and bought a G10, sold it, bought a Sony Alpha 5100, still have it and I now have an Sony A7R IV.

I feel you because I got a hand be down point and shoot once I never used it because it spat out a wmw video file and a jpeg low quality almost looked like a png.

Close enough. M50 uses the same sensor as the T7 if I recall. The T2i would take comparable images to the two.
