A picture of the back (specifically any labels/text) would be the most help towards figuring this out.

Possibly a HIS Radeon RX 570 IceQ X2 Turbo, are there any stickers on the back of the card? If they haven’t been removed there should be a sticker with a model number and/or a serial number.
