It'll be enough, but just barely. I recommend bumping up the wattage a bit to allow room for spikes and upgrades.

It will be fine.

 

The 1660ti consumes up to around 135 watts. the cpu will maybe hit 100-120 watts, the rest of the system won't consume more than 30-50w on 12v ... so in total less than 300 watts on 12v.

The Corsair CV450 can easily do more than 300 watts on its 12v output, so it will be fine.

450W is plenty for your i5 and 1660Ti, it's just that the CV450 is a very mediocre PSU. Ideally I'd get something a little higher quality, like Corsair's CX and CX-F models.

 

In the meantime however, your PSU should be able to power your components without problems, if I had to guess. If something was to go wrong however, the CV450 should have all the necessary protections in place to prevent any damage from occurring to your components.
