If you device is out of warranty and you know what you're doing, I don't see why not if you want the One UI 3 experience.

if you have the money go buy a s10.

it's a ported rom, not official, there will be nasty bugs, because it's not optimized for that phone.

installing rom is not that simple as changing operating system in pc.

Yeah if you want a custom rom get a lineage os one that is supported or something. Not a unofficial downport that has literal bugs mentioned in the page of it's dev.

Yes I probably will do that because I don't want to accidently brick my phone
