annnnndddd you want us to do what exactly with this information?

If you want a recommendation on making it better get a 120gb SSD to install windows.

At this price point an xbox series x makes more sense

If you want to play games, you're better off going with a console or looking for a used PC at this price... This build would definitely struggle to run most games. What kind of stuff are you wanting to play?

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

You should change the A10-9700, it's kind of garbage, you should change it for the 3200G, or 3400G and remove the GT710 since the iGPU's of the 3200G and 3400G are far more superior than it. You should also get a better motherboard.

What are the specs of your current system?

That GT 710 won't run much...

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

I don't really see a question in there...

But here is the short answer:

No, not really. Everything on that list is either overpriced or is going to explode as soon as you turn it on. Plus, an HDD as your boot drive? Never a good Idea.

OP, stretch it to 2x8gb ram if you can, and go with this.

That is an awful system. Get a used Intel 2nd-4th gen Optiplex and throw in a used GPU and SSD. Don't even bother with the monitor you listed, it's extremely overpriced; you can buy used 1080p stuff for less.
