it wouldn't make sense to make chapter 2 and 3 free since the whole point is to get people hooked and have them buy those.

Worked for me.  Maybe it's a region issue?  Check your guys's DLC for the game.  It should add it automatically the two additional chapters.  It's free for the month because they wanted to celebrate pride month.

If you right click on Tell Me Why from your library and use Manage > Remove from account, you'll be able to reclaim the game with all DLC from the store page.

Make sure to quote me or use @PorkishPig to notify me that you replied!

Oh, that's right. It did give me both 2 and 3. Though I clearly remember checking last night and those were still priced when I clicked on them.
