Windows reserve some memory as a mean to keep important file that windows need to run in RAM. This is normal.

2GB are probably allocated to the Vega iGPU

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

See that 2.1gb hardware reserved? You get that when you are using the igpu, that memory is allocated to the igpu to be used as vram.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)

Incorrect. This is hardware reserved, not software reserved. Windows important memory is kept in normal not reserved memory.

Well if it is windows and not an i gpu this vid may help

This video doesn't have windows reserving memory. Bassically it's just running win10 debloater.

I genuinely gotta stop generalising things here.

In BIOS, change 'Dedicated VRAM' to a lower value, your fps will not change, as windows will assign memory as 'shared' if dedicated isnt enough.

some games may have issues will lower dedicated amount (some games will only launch with a minimum amount of dedicated vram)
