Unfortunatly, Dawn of the Black Hearts wasn't a commecially released album. It was a South American Bootleg. 

I know it has been semi-officially released in some places, but those pressings are collectors items today.

You, like I, can get lucky and get a good deal on Discog, but the chances are somewhat slim.
