I recently upgraded my motherboard cpu ram and nvme ssd.
I shut my pc down last night and went to boot it today and it powers on fans spin rgb turns on but it won’t display to my monitor. (Pc specs at bottom)

I have tried:

reseting the cmos

tried different channels for the ram( each individually)

different pcie slots for ssd.
removing gpu and using onboard graphics out puts.
Re seated cpu.
removed and reinstalled cables for cpu motherboard and gpu.
I have tried different power outlets in my house.

Any suggestions or do I need to organise a rma?

Let it sit there for awhile. Wait until it displays the BIOS screen or the Windows logo. You might just need to install drivers.

I’ll give that a try. I did leave it running for around 10 mins. But I can try longer.

Update:

My pc powers on. fans and rgb turn on and spin. CPU fan turns on. Gpu fans start up then stop so does my 1 exhaust fan.   It won’t display an output or post. USB device aren’t getting power either.

I have tried:
Resetting the cmos.
Removed all usb devices.
Tried booting with onboard graphics.
Reseated the ram.
Reseated the gpu.
Reseated the cpu.
Removed and re plugged all cables.
Removed all storage.
Tried booting with each storage device individually.
Tried each stick of ram in every slot.
Reset bios.
Tried a separate power supply.
Tried a separate power source (different ring main)

I left it to sit for 6 hours while at work to memory train. Still no luck.

Currently waiting on response from gigabyte tech support.

No issue with the GPU fans. When a system is up and running the GPU fans will not run unless the GPU temp goes above 55-60 degrees Celsius. In the BIOS some motherboards have a setting to suspend power to the USB ports. Which may cause no power to the USB ports. Also make sure you are connected to the GPU and not the iGPU output. If you have 2 sticks of RAM make sure that one stick is in A-2 slot and one in B-2 slot.

I have tried each stick in A2 B2 and left for 10-20 mins incase of memory training. Also tried them in A1 and B1 and done the same.
I have tried a spare power supply.

Tried booting without a gpu installed.

Tried booting off another storage device.
Ive re seated the cpu and checked no bent pins or damage to the cpu pads.
with out having another am5 board to hand can’t rule out the cpu.

Not sure why people are saying to wait longer for the BIOS / Boot screen. If it isnt showing the BIOS within a few seconds most clearly something is wrong.

I had this same thing happen to my PC; did all the hardware troubleshooting...turned out to be the CPU died.

RAM needs to be in A-2 and B-2. You will need drivers for the system to work correctly. Also might need a BIOS update too.

I had built a brand new system on a blank SSD and it took 30 minutes for the BIOS screen to even show up.

Something very very wrong with that....

When you power it on the CPU should Initialize and execute the BIOS Initialization and run a POST.

This all happens pre initializing chipsets and storage etc....that would be a major issue.

No issues whatsoever. Not all motherboards are the same.
