Why my EVGA 3080 FTW3's this red light will show up every time when i turn on the PC when i press the power button,is it normal?????

These red LED normally mean there is no power coming through the cables. Do they turn off when you press your power button?

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

nope，    red light only shows up once when i press “power on” button

it probably has to do with the PCI-X slot is supplying power first then boots the cards eprom and it accepts power from the 12V cables after that.

Cards before the 30 series probably did the same just no lights on them to tell you it wasn't getting power through the V12 cables before.
