Rate my setup, my friends say its overkill.

Been stuck at home for the majority of the last 2 years due to poor health has made me invest in a setup that i can escape reality into.

This culminated into a 4 monitor 2 PC (desktop and laptop) setup with 2 desks and a mini fridge. My friends say it is overkill, i think it needs more. Below is the evolution of the setup and a final video of it all.

Not sure why 4 monitors but you do you :p. Looks like a good fun setup don't really see the overkill part from the amount of monitors and that they don't really seem to be used all at once. The system is pretty decent nothing amazing just a good computer with a lot of random storage :p.

When I saw the first photo I was thinking that's not bad. Then I got to the last photo... kk yea I see why they think that it's overkill.

One for game, vertical for discord, top right for movie/series and top left for research

If you check the video you can see that to the left in the last picture is actually another 120cm long desk connected to it ^^ and thanks!

I would personally just use 2 screens for that I tried 3 but the thrid just ended up chilling almost all of the time :p. You do you and if it works for you great.

Hehe 😛 i think my setup draws like 450Watts at load so i think im good for now. an online calculator recommended i get a 550watt one.

I did ok with 2, even better with 3. 4 is just for fun basically as the 4th literally only displays discord.

the only monitor that would sell for enough is the main monitor 😛 the others are really cheap ones or old ones.
