wow its been a long long time since i played that like late 2014 early 2015 and it was free then haha didnt realize they started to charge for it . but it was fun while i played so worth a grab IMO

It's free as a base game and stuff. But there's lots of drawbacks in not having a subscription "buff" Premium so-to-speak. Not a sub as such.

I can definitely recommend those that haven't played in a few years - give it a try. And those that haven't - do so. It's a masterpiece with barely any good competition.

I got an update (Snagged it previously) that it's changing publishers and it's supposed to continue on as normal.

Ah then probably the American version isn't Free generally. 

In my area it's the Russian version that's used. And that one is Free since the launch back in 2015~ish?

Maintenance is just temporary. They did more maintenance to the game yesterday. It's back up and running with over 26,000+ players right now... BDO Status
