Can I use a low profile 1050ti with this 300w PSU
It's not a 300 watts power supply, it's an 180 watts power supply.
GT710 consumes up to around 20 watts, the GTX 1050 consumes around 75 watts.
As for the rest of the components :
x1 dvd drive (less than 1w when not in use, maybe 5-10 watts when writing discs)
x1 120gb SSD (around 2-3w)
Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 Fan (maybe 3-5 watts)
x1 80/80mm Fan (around 2 watts)
each stick of ram consumes around 2 watts
Then your motherboard consumes 10-15 watts (onboard audio, network, chipset)
Your processor ... no idea what processor you have, but I'd guess 30-50 watts on average.
So at the moment your computer probably consumes under 100 watts ... if you remove the gt710 your power consumption will go down to maybe 70-80 watts.
If you add a 75 watts video card, you'll be very close to the power supply's maximum output so I don't recommend it.
A 300 watts power supply will work, as long as it can supply at least 220-250 watts on 12v.
