Cooler? If your air cooling then your case could use an upgrade

Well I would connect check the cooler first to make sure that your pump is working, otherwise the issue is most likely a poor mount with bad thermal paste coverage.

omg im soo sorry  i forgot to mention that the reason i think its broken is because it says that the clock speed is 4000+ WHEN MY DEFAULT IS 3000 I just don't know what to do or if its even because of that

if you have overclocked that could be a reason, but I think it should be able to be to get over 4.0 GHz.

And if the radiator gets enough air and if the mounting is any good.

It is while gaming, 100° F, or 38° C, is not bad while gaming.

Genius question I was perplexed of whether the pump gone bad or the fins clogged  😛

CPU produces heat.

Water is just a medium to transfer heat.

If your room temperature is around 100F or even a little lower than that then dont expect the water to cool your CPU significantly below your room temperature even if you have fans they are 2 fans the only thing they manage to do is to dissipate the heat the water absorbed faster but they don't do miracles.

Hey don't know if you got it fixed, but I had a similar problem. If you recently were working on your pc it's possible some air got stuck in the pump. I'd recommend tilting the pc so that the radiator is in the highest spot and turning the pc on. If this is your issue it will relocate the air bubble and return functional cooling to the cpu. Might take a little gentle rocking to move the air pocket as well. Just don't be to aggressive with a powered on computer haha
