Posted January 30, 2021 I feel like AMD might have a chance, because they managed to nearly match the results in rasterized gaming with significantly lower power consumption, which is obviously very important in mobile gaming. And honestly, as Linus mentioned, RTX 3000 isn't much of a leap when it comes to performance per watt. What do you guys think?
 Posted January 30, 2021 depends... on the high end, the mobile "3080" is really a 3070 in spec and performance, so if AMD were to release a mobile 6800 with some variant of Navi21 core, it could match or beat the mobile 3080. On the other hand, if AMD exclusively sticks to Navi23 for their mobile chips they probably won't be able to beat the mobile 3080 but either way they'll likely be competitive with the mobile 3070/3060.
