Where can I buy replacement EVGA power supply cables?

Acya

Hey,

I've recently purchased a Palit RTX 3070 GamingPro OC, and I need another cable for my EVGA 650 G2 to power it.

At the moment I have an PCIe 8pin (6+2pin) + 6pin VGA Cable but I think I need another one.

I'm contemplating buying another PSU as I'm struggling to find spare cables in the UK.

Thanks

Looks like your GPU requires 2 x 8 Pin, so you would need either a 6 to 8 pin adapter (which is totally fine) or to find an 8 pin. As for where to get them, SlashedM's reply should lead you in the right direction.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

Thanks for your replies,

So would something like this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Cable-Matters-2-Pack-6-Pin-Adapter/dp/B01DV1Z32Y be fine?

I'm not too familiar with this sort of stuff so I was worried about getting third party cables...

Also is having one cable drawing power to 16 pins safe?

you need matching cabels, so cablemod or from the brand you bought.

also have to be the same cable, buying from others can be harder.

The G2 650W has two PCIe cables with a 6+2 pin and a 6 pin each. Just use both cables...?
