Hi,

I really like apple ( ok I don’t like apple I love apple ) and I want a laptop for school work etc and a budget of £250 so tell me what to do!

For an Apple laptop, you'll have to spend at least 4 times as much to get somewhat a worthy product.

For £250 you can buy the empty apple box.

For that money you can buy a used macbook 13 inch with core 2 duo.

But beware, you cannot use the latest version of macos.

If a hackintosh is also feasable for you, than you might have a look into to right forums and search for a cheap windows maschine which can be 'easily' hackintoshed (be warned - it's never 'that' easy...) -- but a real Mac for 250 bucks isn't the best idea. It wouldn't run any new software and even with DosDudes patches the perfomance would be miserable.
