try changing your dns server maybe to googles 8.8.8.8 or cloudflare's 1.1.1.1

I really need you to post the output of the page I linked earlier while it's being slow, otherwise there is nothing more that I can do to debug this.

Check this, it happened again, and this time the https://linustechtips.com/cdn-cgi/trace  wasn't working either. I have video proof and my Internet was running as it should be.

If that wasn't loading either then that suggests that the problem is somewhere between your browser and Cloudflare, which is our CDN that sits between us and the internet. That means that the problem is either in your browser, in the connection to your ISP (unlikely given that other pages work), in your ISP's network, or where your ISP connects to Cloudflare.

The information that you posted when it was working suggest that you're connecting to Cloudflare's datacenter in Hong Kong. Based on the country information in the IP address that you posted that post from, that is surprising to me - there are a bunch of closer Cloudflare datacenters, and normally your traffic should be routed to the closest one. It doesn't mean much, but it does make me suspicious that there is something weird going on in your ISP's network, and could be related to the traffic sometimes getting dropped.

Unfortunately for you, this is definitely not an issue with the LTT server, so there isn't anything that I can do about it. However, there are a couple of things that I can suggest that might be able to help, depending on what the actual issue is:

Just want to echo, I've had bad DNS servers cause websites to randomly have bad load times, might be what's happening here.

What have you done to fix it?

Will changing the DNS, effect my browsing?

No, other than potentially making things marginally faster or slower and potentially giving correct results more of the time.

He will have switched to a different DNS server, such as the ones I linked above.

If it gets slower...should i set to the Auto?

And if it goes fast then should i keep it?

If it gets noticeable slower (or if the same blip that is causing the forum to stop working also causes your DNS to stop working) then I'd suggest trying a different one. If it gets faster, or even if it seems about the same, then I'd suggest keeping it.

Is there a software or website to try it out? (The Speed)

I would suggest just changing it, and not worrying about the couple of milliseconds difference that will occur, but if you really want to benchmark it you could  try something like namebench: https://code.google.com/archive/p/namebench/downloads

There are setup instructions on https://1.1.1.1/dns/, but yes you set those, using 1.1.1.1 for the primary and 1.0.0.1 for the secondary if you are using Cloudflare's, and 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 for Google's.

Is this true?

And in your opinion which one should i go for?

For the average internet user, benchmarks do show that 1.1.1.1 is fastest, but it will depend on your individual circumstances. The times involved there are significantly less than the duration of a blink (a blink is 100ms+), so there is no point agonising about which is going to shave off a couple of ms though.

I would recommend trying Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1), and if that doesn't work for you for whatever reason (for example if it's impacted by the same issue that caused LTT not to work) then you can try switching to Google's (8.8.8.8) or another alternative instead.

The Benchmark is taking forever to complete.

That request doesn't seem to have hit the forum servers at (despite the error message to the contrary), so I can only assume that it was a temporary error within Cloudflare. If it continues to happen, please report it again, but for a one-off it should be nothing to worry about.
