League and siege not a problem, vermitide on lower settings same with the crew 2. Cod for sure on the lowest possible.

so i will be building a way and way better pc at the start of next year but i'm planning to already get my new monitor. a 1440p monitor.

my rx 580 does the job very well at 1080p but i was wondering if i could handle 1440p with it (at medium settings or something idc about ultra settings)

depends on the game and what settings you want to use

At very low settings it shouldn't be a big problem, but don't expect to hit 60fps in many games.

Depends on the game.

My previous videocard was an RX 580 which did everything I wanted at 1080p. At some point I upgraded to 4K, which some games it did absolutely fine in (older games and simpler games), some played fine at medium (relatively new games) and some games were not playable at all.

With many games I defaulted to 1440p, but for some games that was still too much (like for the Witcher 3 and Skyrim SE).

I don't have experience with these games, so I can't really judge them.

Quickly looking at some benchmarks:

Crew 2: 55fps at Ultra, 60fps at Medium 1440p (games seems to be locked at 60fps) https://nl.hardware.info/artikel/8427/5/quicktest-the-crew-2-benchmarks-prestaties

League of Legends: looks like it's in the 170fps range at Ultra 1440p: https://www.userbenchmark.com/PCGame/FPS-Estimates-League-of-Legends/3761/268793.0.Max.1440p.0 (yes, I know 'UB bad1!!1!', but it can be used to guesstimate performance)

R6 Siege: 55-65fps (Vulkan seems to do better than DX11): https://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/gpu_displays/vulkan_in_rainbow_six_siege_tested_-_a_major_boost_for_modern_graphics_cards/2

Couldn't find Vermintide 2 1440p info, but I think at Medium 1440p you would be around 50-60fps: https://www.dsogaming.com/pc-performance-analyses/warhammer-vermintide-2-pc-performance-analysis/

r6 i used to play 60fps 1440p with a gtx 970 and your card is much better, and league of legends runs fine on any gaming hardware from the last 10 years, with the other games i cant tell
