Can you use a higher wattage charger on a laptop?

My laptop charger just recently broke and I have a 130w one laying around. The original one was 65w and both of them are from Dell. I have read from multiple places that the laptop only draws what it needs but I want to make sure here.

As long as the voltage is the same, yes. If the voltage isn't the same, no.
