Is this deal any good? is this RAM even any good? I don't understand B-die/ E-die as much. This deal is the cheapest right now I guess.

I use the 3600MHz kit myself combined with a B450 Tomahawk MAX and a 3700X. Never had any issues. It even runs on 3600MHz cl14 no problem. So you can go for it.

If you want average just buy what is the cheapest above 3000mhz with the biggest warranty.

crucial ddr4 is good, especially for ryzen. I would recommend getting the 3600 kit over the 3200.
