Make them yourself, because the board partners don't.

Or perhaps try windows 9

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

@Fasauceome isn't that windows 9 thing based on 8.1 embedded? that won't have drivers for Z390 either.

Oh, thought it was for 10.

The fact is you cant. I forget what gen Intel chips stopped supporting Windows 7 and 8.1 but at a certain point Microsoft stopped supporting new CPU's on the older OS's. As a result board partners have no reason to write drivers for the older OS's.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Most of these drivers are available on chipset producer's websites. Unless you don't want to use integrated GPU, you can install all drivers and use win7 if you want. You'll need ps2 mouse and keyboard for that.

You can also read other topics about the same (just ignore all answers that said it's impossible).

As I think you got your answer, if I may ask, perhaps I can help (or give you information if something is in the works to make it better, or if there is some software that can help)

i would just stick with Windows 10, it doesn't seem like they made drivers for Windows 7 with your current CPU

Honestly, windows in general pisses (probably) everyone off, but the driver problems and lack of product support, from both Microsoft and third parties for software probably starting to go down the tubes, its just not worth it.

And window 8/8.1 was a hot mess, so I would never think of doing that.

I could use some help with this!

please, pm me if you would like to contribute to my gpu bios database (includes overclocking bios, stock bios, and upgrades to gpus via modding)
