Do airpods work with non-Apple devices? E.g Android and Windwos?

Yes, but with limited functionality as opposed to using them on an iOS/macOS/etc device.

windows 10 they are a pain. 3 laptops 1 running a Realtech wireless card, another intel and the 3rd I don't know, none work right

other hand even a 2013 mac book pro does just fine
