Dont go intel with that ram speed and chipset, you need a z390 board to support those ram speeds.

 

Also, the board you choose does not support the ram speed you picked.

Yeah, I was planning to go AMD, but I am gonna wait till the Ryzen 4000 series comes out for my final decision.

Ryzen 4000 CPU's, and new GPU's from Nvdia and AMD are supposed to be out in a few months, I'd recommend waiting until then.

In any case you shouldn’t use intel as the placeholder they’re just not good value
