Destiny 2 only using ~50% of my 2 1080Ti´s in SLI

Hello, thank you for clicking on my topic and maybe deciding to help,
I´m having a little issue with my 2 1080Ti´s that are running in SLI when I try to play Destiny 2.
When I´m usually playing I get around 50 to 75 fps on average, which is weird, because thats almost the same back when I only had one 1080Ti.
I looked for the issue and saw that while being on a more hard to render planet, I only used 50 to 60% of my GPU´s while averaging around 60 Fps.
I thought my settings were wrong or my SLI wasn´t even activated, but that just wasn´t the case.
Then I tested it in Battlefield 4 and everything was great, both graphic cards were almost all the time at 85 to 95% usage.
Is there a known error in destiny 2 when it has to deal with an SLI setup or is there a way I need to change some settings or fucked something up.

Thank you for reading and helping me out if you are able to :)

This guy got it to work

Spoiler

But over all, SLI is not a fantastic experience in the current year, as only mostly older titles support it.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

SLI is almost totally dead. There is very little support for it, and without game support it adds almost no benefit and typically just causes problems. I’m sorry to say, but SLI just isn’t a good investment anymore.

If you can, it would be much better to sell them and get a 2080 ti or the soon to be released 3000 series top end card.

The games that support SLI will give you pretty solid FPS. and I believe SLI frame times are adequate (not as good as single card tho......) but since most games don’t, a faster single GPU is a better option these days @BreezyKing

Also thank you, I´m thinking about selling them if the new 3000 series drops the prices of the 2080Ti or if they have a really good alternative. But I don´t really want to invest more money than the 2 1080Ti´s are worth. I just can´t spend that much again.
Very thankful, have a nice day :)!
