[Error] FTPS not enabled, Auth is not Supported (500)

I'm using Raidrive, I'm trying to connect to an FTP server. But it shows this error, all info (username, password, IP, port) are correct.

But on Air Explorer, it works, so it's not a problem on my side or FTP server. Please Help.

Never seen Raidrive before, but the error is talking about FTPS (FTP with SSL).

I see in your FTP credentials you haven't selected "Use SSL/TLS"....have you tried ticking that?

The white is Air Explorer, and it works. I don't need to tick Use SSL/TSL. I'm talking about the black. The black is the Raidrive, it doesn't work. Raidrive doesn't have an SSL/TLS option

Well under encryption you have Explicit selected..which is SSL. Have you tried unticking that? Since your Air Explorer one works without SSL.
