Should i wait for 4000 series CPU's and 2100 and 1100 GPU's to come out?

Do you mean nvida 3000 (ampere) and the new amd cards (big navi)?

 

If you should wait depends on you. If you have something that works for the next few months, then yes. If you need a computer, no.

FYI, I believe that rumor about cryptocurrency is not true, so if that was affecting you choice, it shouldn’t. I will edit my op now.
